I used zety for my resume because I was kind of in a rush, and the templates actually looked really nice. The layout was clean, easy to read, and not overly fancy. It made my old resume look way better without me having to spend a ton of time on it

"Canceling was easier than I expected"
I used Zety to put together my resume and only needed it for a short period. I’ll admit, I was a little unsure about canceling because some services make that part frustrating, but this was straightforward.
I found the cancel option in my account, followed the steps, and was done quickly. No confusing runaround or pressure to stay, which made the whole thing feel more trustworthy. I appreciated how simple and fair it was.

"Refund was easier than I expected"
I needed to get a refund from Zety and, i was already expecting it to turn into one of those situations where the customer has to chase everyone down. Luckily, that didn’t happen. Support got back to me quickly and the refund went through without making me jump through a bunch of hoops. I was genuinely surprised, because usually these things feel stacked against you. Fair enough in the end, so I’m giving 5 stars.

I wish I had read the reviews before reaching out. Support took way too long to get back to me, and when they finally did, it didn’t really fix my problem. Frustrating experience overall.

Zety was easy to use, and my first impression was that it had a good amount of options. But as I got into it, I just had this feeling that I couldn’t quite make the resume look the way I wanted. I wanted more control over things like spacing and layout. It works fine overall, but if you’re someone who likes to tweak the little details, it can feel a bit limited.

"Easy download, no hassle"
I made my resume and was a little worried the download part might be annoying or confusing, but it wasn’t at all. I exported it as a PDF really quickly, and it worked right away with no weird extra steps. Happy with it, tbh.
